This is an example of a suite of eLearning modules I created using Savv-e Express for Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
This suite consisted of the following modules:
- Kaizen Essentials – the next step on from The Toyota Way induction module where learners start to find out what Kaizen means to Toyota
- Language of Kaizen – delves into the Toyota Production System (TPS) and its importance to Toyota’s success and its future
- Toyota’s Problem Solving Methodology – introduces learners into recognising problems so that they can be solved and eliminated from their jobs, their working environments and their work habits
I was responsible for the entire lifecycle on this particular project from initiation to release on the LMS. The process included:
- liaising with Kaizen champions
- structure/writing all content (source of truth consisted of several hours of text & next based online content from Toyota overseas that was deemed unusable by TFS)
- storyboarding
- getting approvals/sign offs
- creating content using Savv-e Express
- testing content in staging on LMS
- comms surrounding release to LMS and timeframes for completion
